Scheduled our blinds repairs promptly, arrived when promised, completed the repair work very professionally, rapidly, and courteously, in just 10 minutes time with exactly correct replacement parts (tilters), although our blinds company has gone out of business, blinds now work perfectly. It was difficult to get through to them but once I did they were very responsive. Worth the wait. Had my blinds cleaned and received them within 4 days after picking up. I ordered vertical blinds for my sliding glass door and that will take longer. The cost appeared to be very reasonable.

Andrew and his staff were excellent. Andrew worked with me on window treatment selection and a crazy rebuild schedule. When the treatments were ready, his staff installed them is no time at all. The treatments are beautiful and I am going to order more from Innerworks when the time comes.
